Regina Jones

Regina Jones is a radical lover of Jesus. From an early age she fell in love with Jesus, the living word, and learned how to receive life from the presence of God that comes during worship. At the age of 15 her life was threatened. She was diagnosed with chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) which is a form of leukemia characterized by the increased and unregulated growth of predominantly myeloid cells in the bone marrow. After being given 3 months to live, the oncology doctors gave her no hope. The family’s only hope was in the Great Physician. Her mom had a word from the lord that Regina would ‘live and not die to declare the works of the Lord’ (Psalms 118:17). After much pressing, the doctors tested her half sisters for a bone marrow match. To the doctors’ amazement, her 8 year old half sister was a match. This was a medical impossibility! The doctors were astounded and said that the only closer match would have been identical twins! God had made a way where there was no way. The family had received a miracle by faith and by ‘believing the report of the Lord’! The process came through a bone marrow transplant. During the 30 day initial hospital stay, we played praise and worship music around the clock. After several months, Regina and her mom were able to return home. Regina was totally healed of Leukemia and actually released from the doctors’ care. She and Jason met shortly after and have been ministering together for 17 years. They have been married for 14 years and have adopted 2 beautiful children.

Regina’s passion is to live a fully abandoned life that brings honor to the Name of the Lord and to be a voice in this generation. She has a great desire to minister healing to those broken and in need. A part of that dream will be manifested through Rag Tags Miracle Foundation. She and Jason established Rag Tags to minister joy and miraculous healing to sick children and their families. After all, healing is the children’s bread!
