Technical Ryder

Please note that our heart is to serve you to our fullest capabilities. It can become difficult if we have to work with equipment that we are not familiar with. We are not trying to be demanding in the least; these are preferences. If these are not available, we simply ask for something comparable. Many thanks!

Center Stage

1. Two floor monitors: overall mix (monitor mix #1)

Worship Leader

1. Located Stage Left Front
2. Monitors (separate mixes if available) (monitor mix #2 and #3)
1. Ear Monitor (provides own but needs channel reserved)
2. Floor Monitor
3. Reverb Unit
4. Keyboard (preferably Yamaha with 88 keys & midi capable)
5. Comfortable Piano Bench or Stool
6. Boom Stand and Wireless Microphone

Guitar Player

1. Located Stage Right Back
2. Monitor: Floor Wedge (monitor mix #1)
3. Amp: If one of the following is not available please provide a Tube Amp with minimum of 100 Watts of power (no Fender or Vox).

+ Mesa Boogie Mark Series
+ Mesa Boogie Lone Star
+ Marshall JCM Series

Bass Player

1. Located Stage Left Back
2. Monitor: Ear Monitor (does not bring own) OR Floor Wedge (monitor mix #1)
3. Amp: An amp of at least 500 Watts and a 4x10 and a 1x15 cabinet

Drummer

1. Located Center Stage Back
2. Monitor: Ear monitor system (provides own but needs channel reserved with separate mix) (monitor mix #4)
3. Set:

+ A 5 piece kit preferably fusion sizes
+ 5 cymbal stands with at least one of those being a boom stand
+ A decent Hi-hat Stand and snare stand
+ A comfortable drum throne
+ A kick pedal that at least has springs, is adjustable, and has been made in the last 3-5 years

Sound Check

1. Please have plenty of water for the team at this time for sound check and ministry time.
2. Jason prefers to sound check two hours prior to event.
1. This gives plenty of time to fix any unexpected issues.
2. This also provides plenty of time for prayer and final preparations for meeting.
3. To minimize distractions please have only those who are necessary for sound check in the sanctuary/conference center during this time. (Sound team, Band, etc)
1. Many times volume levels can be unstable during sound check.
2. When no one is in the room it is often louder.
3. Levels are still being changed and set.

Ready Room

1. Jason and the team will need a room to spend time in intercession and personal worship.
2. This also is a good time to spend in prayer with the leadership of the church/conference.
3. Some light snacks and water would be greatly appreciated.

Sales Table

1. One eight foot table in the lobby/vestibule for display and sale of product
2. Two volunteers to sell product before and after event
3. A bank bag with petty cash, a credit card machine, and an inventory list will be provided.
