Invitation Letter
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Jason Lee Jones and Richest of Fare Ministries are excited to hear from you! We appreciate every opportunity to come and serve the Body of Christ! Jason and Regina Jones, along with the Richest of Fare team are covered by a Board of Ministers and truly are sons and daughters. Our goal, as their Board of Directors, is to protect Jason and Regina, their team, and their gifts, as well as to see to it that they have both short and long term success. The following is what we consider essential for Jason or any member of their team to speak and/or lead worship for your event.
Jason, Regina, and the team are true servants and would never put requirements on anyone. However, as ministers ourselves, we know certain things to be necessary in the natural, as well as in the spirit to function as they have been called to do. We know that even well meaning ministries can forget small details unintentionally. Many ministers are sometimes put in awkward situations, and we very much want to avoid that for you and our team at all cost.
Jason and Regina Jones are true revivalists. Called to minister to the Body of Christ at large, God has truly gifted them to do so in any atmosphere. Jason and Regina are very direct and intentional with worship and their ministry. Even though they are not called to be entertainers, they fully know and recognize a purpose and place for this type of ministry. Therefore, if your event is more of a performance driven outreach, dinner, or concert, Jason would probably not be the right choice.
There is an ebb and flow with Jason and the Richest of Fare Band. They absolutely love to minister! Jason and the team will pack up and drive for hours just to be able to bless you. They are powerfully anointed ministers, excellent musicians and will release so much into your church or event. Jason and Regina can come alone and do enjoy working with other musicians. However, we prefer that you budget to bring the entire team, consisting of 4 men in addition to Jason. Jason is at his best when he can focus strategically on worship and/or teaching without having the additional pressures of learning songs and how to flow with a new band. If he does come without the team, we want to be up front that the musicians have to be quality musicians. If during rehearsal Jason feels it’s not flowing (for whatever reason) he will do the service from just his keyboard. Please understand that the heart behind this is to communicate the message with clarity and avoid hurt feelings or frustration.
When Jason ministers, his primary instrument is his voice. To protect that, when it comes to housing, we ask that you put him in a hotel that is of decent quality. Although many in the past have opened their homes, which we’re extremely grateful for in terms of hospitality, Jason has severe allergies. This not only affects his voice in a negative manner, but also in being fully rested and functional to give his all for your event. The team also needs their personal time and space to prepare and pray for the meetings. This is done much more effectively in a private hotel room setting. When bringing the entire team three double rooms are usually sufficient. If Jason & Regina come with their children, a suite is needed to accommodate a family of 4, as well someone to assist them with their children during rehearsals and services.
As for expenses, we ask that you cover all of their travel expenses, which includes mileage or airfare, hotel lodging, and food. Our team is not afraid of sacrifice; however, if it’s just too far to drive and they end up flying, please also provide transportation for Jason and those accompanying him during their stay. All flights would need to be booked out of Daytona Beach or Orlando.
Jason and the team do not require a set amount or fee for their ministry. They operate on a culture of honor and believe ministers are worthy of being blessed for the grace on their lives and their hard work. We know it is in all of our hearts to live generously. Therefore, an honorarium, which keeps in mind that this is Jason’s sole source of income to provide for his family, the number of band members, and the length of time the band members are away from their jobs, is encouraged. If you desire or require an amount that is needed to be a blessing to them, please feel free to contact their ministry office at (386) 788-2950.
If you have read and are in agreement with the above, including the financial responsibilities, the next step is to fill out the pre-booking form (click on link located through Booking tab). If you do so, it is expected that your decision makers also be in agreement with all of the details of this letter. Jason and Regina will consider each invitation prayerfully and give approval if all seems good to them and the Lord.
Many blessings,
Richest of Fare Board of Directors
